Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival from 4.00pm
Departure by 12 noon
Booking and Payment
Bookings to be confirmed with a deposit of 50% at time of booking, or if deposit is being sent by mail, to be received within two working days. Balance is payable 14 prior to arrival.
If credit card is not used for payment a credit card authorisation or security deposit of $300 (refundable within 7 days after departure) is required.
Cancellations
Deposits will be refunded or bookings transferred, less a $30.00 administrative fee, if notified in writing 60 days or more before due arrival date.
If notified within 60 days, administrative fee $80.
If less than 30 days, no refund unless another guest rebooks the dates you have cancelled.
Any cancellations within 7 days or failures to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at full rate.
Children
Woodlands Rainforest Retreat is an adult couples only retreat and is not designed to accommodate children. However, you are welcome to bring your "babe in arms". If you wish to bring an older child please discuss with us before booking.
BECAUSE OF THE WALLABIES, ECHIDNAS AND PARROTS, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS.
